Terms of sale

These terms govern sales made on Démarche Prête, a document-assistance service published by Yassin BELHAJ SALAH (SMART SOLID SOLUTIONS), sole trader — SIREN 908 748 551, registered office: 6 B boulevard de la Gare, 94470 Boissy-Saint-Léger — contact: contact@demarche-prete.fr.

Purpose and nature of the service

Démarche Prête prepares the official list of documents for a “foreign nationals in France” procedure, automatically reads the content of the files you upload and flags points to check against the official rules known at the date of the check. The service is independent, affiliated neither with the French administration nor with any law or notary firm; it provides no legal advice and makes no administrative decision.

Offers and prices

Payment one-off, case by case — no subscription. Prices are in euros, all taxes included.

• Prepare — 0 € : Build your case from the official sources, matched to your situation.
• Check — 29,90 € incl. VAT / case : Automatic analysis of your documents' content and a detailed report. Correction window of 7 days.
• Protected Procedure — 49,90 € incl. VAT / case : The full case check, active for 90 days. Protection active for 90 days from activation, with re-analyses included during the period.
• 3-Procedure Pack — 99,90 € incl. VAT / pack : Three 90-day protections to activate whenever you need them. Protection active for 90 days from activation, with re-analyses included during the period. 3 credits to activate within 12 months.

One-off options

Depending on your case, one-off options may also be offered from your space, in addition to the offers above. One-off payment, immediate digital delivery in your space: no automatic renewal, no tacit extension.

• Single document check — 4,90 € : Targeted check of one uploaded document, sold individually.
• Ready-to-submit export — 7,90 € : Gathers the case's validated documents into a single, ordered, checkable package.
• Protection extension — 9,90 € : Adds 90 days of protection to a case that is already protected.
• Review of a request for additional documents — 12,90 € : Documentary review of an additional document requested after the initial submission, outside an active protection period.
• Upgrade Check → Protected Procedure — 20 € : Top-up to move from the Check plan to the Protected Procedure plan on the same case, without paying the full price again.

Payment

Paid offers are activated from the page of the case concerned, once your documents have been uploaded. Payment is secured by Stripe: your bank details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through Démarche Prête. A confirmation is visible in your space as soon as payment is validated.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance began after the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. Payment triggers the immediate analysis of your case: at the time of payment, you expressly consent to this immediate performance and expressly waive your statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period for it. The free version also lets you try the service before any payment.

What the service does — and what it does not

• It checks the completeness and consistency of the case against the official rules known at the date of the check, citing its sources;
• It in no way guarantees acceptance of the case by the administration, which alone retains its power of decision;
• It provides no legal advice and no representation before any administration;
• Official lists may change: later checks are based on the rules in force at the time of each analysis.

User obligations

You declare that you upload only genuine documents you are entitled to use. The service analyses what the files contain: it does not correct your documents and produces no new document. Any use intended to produce false information is your sole responsibility.

Complaints and mediation

Any complaint is first handled by email at contact@demarche-prete.fr — we acknowledge receipt and reply within fifteen days. Failing an amicable agreement, consumers may turn free of charge to a consumer mediator under the conditions set out in Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Designated consumer mediator: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice — 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris – +33 1 89 47 00 14 — https://www.cm2c.net. French law applies; in the event of a dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction.

Termination and deletion

You can delete a case at any time (files are erased immediately) and your account from your space, which ends the associated services; sums already paid correspond to a service performed immediately, in accordance with the “Right of withdrawal” section.
